Description
Castrol Product 5905 is a neat corrosion preventive fluid, consisting of a blend of vegetable oil, alcohols and
additives.
Application
Product 5905 has been designed for use as an assembly fluid and has been specially formulated to give corrosion
protection to brake and clutch hydraulic units whilst kept in storage.
Advantages
• Residual film is compatible with brake fluid.
• Compatible with steel, grey cast iron, aluminium and copper.
• Compatible with elastomers, such as SBR and EPDM.
• Free from heavy metals, such as Barium.
