本技术协议规定了SWCM(N)-6 型生活污水处理装置（以下简称 SWCM(N)-6 型装置）的组成、主要功能、设计、制造、试验及交付等要求
The regulation specifies the requirements of constitution, main function, design, manufacture, test and delivery foSWCM(N)-6 type Sewage Treatment Plant (hereinafter to be referred as SWCM(N)-6 type Device) .
1.2 适用范围（Applicable scope）
本技术协议适用于 SWCM(N)-6 型装置,该设备设计、制造、试验、验收和交付的技术依据，并作为合同的附件。
The technical regulation is applicable to SWCM(N)-6 type Device. It is the technical basis of design, manufacture, test, acceptance and delivery for this device, and it’s also the attachment of contract.

SWCM(N)-6 型装置主要由下列主要部件组成:厌氧柜、接触柜、沉淀柜、清水柜、粉碎泵、漩涡式气泵、排放泵、电控箱、管路附件。
SWCM(N)-6 type device is mainly constituted by anaerobic tank,contact oxidation tank, settling tank, clean water tank, cutting pump, air pump, discharge pump, dosing pump, dosing box,electric control box, accessories of pipe lines.

3.3.1 材料、零件和工艺
Materials, spare parts and technology
3.3.1.1 本体采用 Q235-B 钢板。
The main body is made of Q235-B steel plate.
3.3.1.2 管架、支架及装置本体等零件应进行喷砂除锈,涂层防腐。 Sand blast and anticorrosion coat the pipe support, stand, main body and other spare parts.
3.3.1.3 装置表面喷砂，Sa2.5 级,与污水接触的内壁涂料为环氧沥青漆。
Sand blast the device surface to reach Sa2.5 grade. The paint of internal wall which contacts with sewage is epoxy tar paint.
3.3.2 色彩、铭牌和标志

The appearance color of device is according to the standard of manufacturer.
