本技术协议规定了YWC-1.00型15ppm舱底水分离器（又称油水分离器，以下简称YWC-1.00型装置）的组成、主要功能、设计、制造、试验及交付等要求。

The regulation specifies the requirements of constitution, main function, design, manufacture, test and delivery for YWC-1.00 type 15ppm Bilge Separator (i.e. Oily Water Separator, hereinafter to be referred as YWC-1.00 type Device).

本技术协议适用于YWC-1.00型装置，是该设备设计、制造、试验、验收和交付的技术依据，并作为合同的附件。

The technical regulation is applicable to YWC-1.00 type Device. It is the technical basis of design, manufacture, test, acceptance and delivery for this device, and it’s also the attachment of contract.

3.1概述

 Summary

YWC-1.00型装置用于分离舱底油污水，使排放水符合IMO MEPC.107（49）决议的要求。

The YWC-1.00 type Device is used to separate oily water in bilge to make the discharge water meet the requirements of IMO MEPC.107 (49) Resolution.

3.1.1组成

 Constitution

YWC-1.00型装置主要由一级分离器、二级滤器、三级膜组、电控箱、油份浓度计、柱塞泵、气动阀、压力控制器、温度控制器等组成。

YWC-1.00 type device is mainly constituted by the 1^st stage coalesce, the 2^nd stage filter, the 3^rd stage membrane, electric control box, oil content meter, MONO pump, pneumatic valve, pressure controller, temperature controller and so on.

油水分离装置的配套产品包括液位控制器、底阀。

The combination offers of Bilge Separator include level controller and bottom valve.
